개인정보처리방침

노곤(NOGON, nogon.kr — 운영: 스튜디오 덥석)은 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 수집하며, 아래와 같이 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보와 목적

• 방문 통계 — Google Analytics를 통해 방문 기록(대략적 지역, 브라우저 정보, 이용 행태, 쿠키 식별자)을 수집합니다. 서비스 개선 목적으로만 사용합니다.
• 후기 작성 — Google 계정 로그인 시 이름·이메일·프로필 정보를 받으며, 작성한 후기(별점·내용·사진)와 함께 저장됩니다. 이름은 후기와 함께 화면에 표시됩니다.
• 입점 신청 — 매장명·연락처 등 신청 폼에 입력한 정보와, 스팸 방지를 위한 IP 주소·브라우저 정보를 수집합니다. 입점 상담 목적으로만 사용합니다.
• 위치 정보 — "가까운 순" 기능 사용 시 기기의 위치를 이용해 거리를 계산합니다. 위치는 이용자의 브라우저 안에서만 처리되며 서버로 전송·저장되지 않습니다.

2. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

• Google LLC — 방문 통계(Google Analytics), 로그인(Google OAuth), 지도(Google Maps)
• Supabase Inc. — 후기·입점 신청 데이터 저장 (해외 소재 서버)
• Netlify Inc. — 웹사이트 호스팅

3. 보유 기간 및 삭제

후기는 삭제 요청 시까지, 입점 신청 정보는 상담 종료 후 1년까지 보관합니다. 본인 정보의 열람·수정·삭제를 원하시면 hello@nogon.kr로 요청해 주세요. 지체 없이 처리합니다.

4. 이용자의 권리

후기 작성 시 로그인은 선택이며, 위치 권한은 언제든 브라우저 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다. Google Analytics 수집은 Google 옵트아웃 도구로 거부할 수 있습니다.

NOGON (nogon.kr, operated by Studio Dupseok) collects only the minimum information needed to run the service.

1. What we collect & why

• Visit analytics — via Google Analytics (approximate region, browser info, usage behavior, cookie identifiers), used solely to improve the service.
• Reviews — signing in with Google shares your name, email and profile; your review (rating, text, photos) is stored with it. Your name appears next to your review.
• Shop applications — information entered in the form, plus IP address and browser info for spam prevention.
• Location — the "Nearest" feature computes distances entirely within your browser; your location is never sent to or stored on our servers.

2. Processors

Google LLC (Analytics, OAuth sign-in, Maps), Supabase Inc. (database), Netlify Inc. (hosting).

3. Retention & deletion

Reviews are kept until you request deletion. To access, correct or delete your data, email hello@nogon.kr.

4. Your choices

Signing in is optional and only needed to write reviews. Location permission can be revoked anytime in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the official opt-out tool.
